Location: Maricopa

We are currently seeking a Traveling Lead Foremanto oversee and execute heavy commercial electrical projects across various industrial sites. While the work environments are industrial,the project scopes are often straightforward yet time-sensitive. Thisrole is ideal for a motivated leader who thrives under pressure, works collaboratively with a team, and takes initiative to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a crew of at least 4 (typically 2 licensed electricians and 2 apprentices) on each job site.

Oversee project timelines, labor, and site coordination to ensure deadlines are met.

Read and interpret blueprints, one-line diagrams, and electrical schematics.

  • Conduit and wiring installations
  • Generator and UPS system installations
  • Low- and medium-voltage systems

Maintain consistent communication with project managers and office staff.

Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and project specifications.

Provide professional, clear verbal and written communication on project updates.

Ideal Candidate
  • Proven experience leading large-scale commercial or industrial electrical projects.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions in the field.
  • Willing and able to work up to 60 hours per week.
  • Comfortable with extensive travel; this is a travel-dependent position
    .
  • Ability to work independently and lead teams with minimal supervision.
  • Highly accountable, reliable, and professional in all aspects of the job.
Qualifications
  • Journeyman Electrician License (Required).
  • Minimum 5 years of field experience in electrical construction.
  • Previous leadership or foreman experience strongly preferred.
  • Solid knowledge of electrical codes, installation practices, and jobsite safety.
  • Proficiency in blueprint and schematic reading.
  • Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
  • $35 - $45 per hour (based on experience)
