Location: Gila Bend, AZ
Salary: Competitive hourly rate with additional production bonuses

About Us: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Millwright to join our team in Gila Bend, AZ. Our company values safety, quality, and efficiency in maintaining our industrial systems.

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair machinery and equipment in the facility.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on machinery to ensure proper operation.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Align and adjust machinery parts as needed.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
• Work with other maintenance staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain detailed records of work performed and materials used.
• Participate in shift rotations and be available for emergency repairs.
• Work rotating shifts: 4 days on, 4 days off, then 4 nights on, rotating shifts.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a millwright in an industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, machinery installation, and maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
