Purpose:
Associates in Store Support positions are responsible for a variety of non-sales functions. This includes ensuring an outstanding customer order fulfillment experience, assisting customers in the lot, or providing administrative services. These roles may require direct customer or vendor interaction, such as directing customers to store departments or merchandise, answering questions about product order status, handling cash management, or ensuring program compliance.
Individuals must work cooperatively with other associates, vendors, carriers, and operate with minimal supervision. They should be detail-oriented, demonstrate high integrity, respond to operational concerns, and focus on store-specific objectives while supporting key operational responsibilities. Specific positions may include Office Associate, Order Fulfillment Associate, Lot Associate, and Customer Service Representative.
