Bashas' -  - Responsibilities:
Direct and supervise all activities of the retail grocery store and its personnel to achieve sales, profits and customer service goals established for the store;
Serve as the leader of store team, acting as role model, coach, and trainer;
Engage with customers through greetings and product information, provide selling suggestions and sampling when appropriate;
Oversee ordering of products and supplies, auditing received goods, maintaining shelf stock and controlling shrink;
Ensure compliance with health department and weights and measures guidelines and safety policies
