We’re hiring a Property Manager to support daily property operations in Thatcher. This role is ideal for candidates with proven people‑management, customer service, or team leadership experience who want to grow into full property management responsibility. Property management experience is a plus — but people skills are non‑negotiable.

We handle every aspect of the leasing process to ensure a seamless experience for landlords and tenants alike. Our tenants aren’t just numbers—we know them by name and make sure their needs are met promptly and professionally.

• Manage daily communication with tenants, owners, vendors, and internal team members
• Handle tenant concerns, complaints, and conflict resolution with professionalism and confidence
• Set expectations, follow up, and hold people accountable (tenants and vendors)
• Coordinate maintenance requests and manage vendor schedules and performance
• Support leasing, rent collection, and administrative property management tasks
• Help enforce property policies and procedures consistently and fairly
• Assist with inspections, reporting, and operational oversight
• Learn budgeting, financial reporting, and property management systems

• Strong people management and communication skills (required)
• Experience managing customers, teams, or client relationships

• Organized, detail‑oriented, and dependable
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast‑paced property management environment
• Customer service, leadership, hospitality, or administrative experience required
• Willingness to obtain an Arizona Real Estate License
• Familiarity with property management software is a plus
