You spend your day immersed in the natural beauty of Spirit of the Heavens, walking serene trails and caring for the land. Whether you are maintaining the peaceful flow of our ponds, fine-tuning irrigation systems, or tending to the vibrant greenery around the resort, your work brings harmony to our sacred space. You will navigate seasonal tasks with ease and precision, adapting to nature’s rhythms while keeping a watchful eye on the grounds.

Communication is smooth and supportive—your updates help ensure every detail is cared for. This is work that feels good, both physically and spiritually, with daily opportunities to enjoy fresh air and purpose.

• Experience and knowledge about landscaping, groundskeeping, or a related field
• Knowledge and familiarity with irrigation
• Personal integrity
• A strong work ethic
• Ability to troubleshoot when issues arise
• Ability to operate equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers)
• Ability to interact with other staff
• Ability to manage tasks working in various weather conditions
• Ability to work in culturally sensitive environments
