Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner specializing in Surgery Trauma to join our dynamic team in Arizona. This opportunity offers an exciting and fulfilling role in a busy hospital setting, providing direct care to adult trauma patients in both ICU and general trauma environments. You???ll work alongside a dedicated team of trauma surgeons and acute care staff, delivering critical interventions and helping guide patient recovery across the continuum of care.

August 1, 2025 Duration: 13-month contract, with potential for extension

Schedule:

Combination of scheduled and on-call shifts, primarily night shifts from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM Shift Dates:
August 1-3, 10-16, 18-19, 30-31; with possibilities for additional shifts Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive care to adult trauma patients in both the trauma intensive care unit and general trauma settings Collaborate closely with acute care inpatient trauma surgeons and other medical staff Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and perform procedures as required

Qualifications:

Current Arizona state license as a Nurse Practitioner Board Certified in Surgery Trauma ATLS certification required DEA certification required Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience Proficient in using Cerner for charting Facility Requirements: COVID-19 and Flu vaccines are required, with allowances for medical or religious exemptions This role is ideal for a Nurse Practitioner who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about providing high-quality care to trauma patients.
