Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of recent ICU experience.
• Charge Nurse experience to lead and inspire the team.
• Certifications:
  
  American Heart Association BLS; ACLS;
  Conscious Sedation certification (can be obtained through our facility - $187.50 fee).
• Shift flexibility: 12-hour night shifts with potential to work days, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Maximum of 2 shift call-offs allowed; must be available for holiday coverage (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s).
• Flexibility to work extended hours up to 48 hours/week and adaptability to changing needs.
