This position assesses, plans, implements, evaluates, and documents nursing care of patients in accordance with organizational policies and professional nursing standards. The nurse is accountable for the quality of nursing services delivered and utilizes specialized knowledge, judgment, and skills to provide appropriate care for patients of various ages.

Core Functions include:

Assessing patient needs across multiple domains and reviewing patient history, diagnostics, and lab data.

Formulating and implementing a comprehensive care plan, including discharge planning, in collaboration with patients, families, and the healthcare team.

Providing direct patient care, coordinating activities, delegating tasks, and supervising other staff as appropriate.

Evaluating patient responses and revising care plans accordingly.

Documenting all aspects of care accurately and timely.

Participating in research, education, and quality improvement activities.

Supervising staff and interacting with all levels of healthcare personnel and external contacts.

Minimum Qualifications:

Current, valid RN license in the state of practice or equivalent.
BLS certification.
Relevant clinical experience preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
Professional certification.
