** Join Our Passionate Team as an L&D Registered Nurse!** - Are you an experienced L&D RN eager to make a difference in the world of maternal and newborn care? - We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with a strong background in Labor & Delivery, Postpartum care, and Baby-Friendly practices.*
* Key Responsibilities:
** - Provide exceptional nursing care in L&D, Postpartum rooms, and the babies' room, ensuring mothers and newborns receive the attention they deserve.
- Manage an average of 40 deliveries per month, including approximately 6 C-sections.
- Step into the role of charge nurse as needed after completing charge nurse training, demonstrating leadership and support for your colleagues.
- Observe and maintain the highest standards of patient care and safety throughout the unit.

* Qualifications:
** - Minimum of 5 years of recent experience in Labor & Delivery required (additional experience may be necessary in some cases).
- Certifications:
- American Heart Association BLS - ACLS OR ALSO - NRP - AWHONN Advanced FHM (RNC-EFM can substitute for AWHONN FHM).
** Shift Requirements:** - 12-hour Day Shift (7 am - 7 pm), with flexibility to work other shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Travelers may have the opportunity to float to other qualified departments, assisting whenever necessary.
