We are seeking a skilled and compassionate clinician who understands and respects the values of our tribal communities. This individual must act with both efficiency and care, ensuring the well-being of our people. The clinician will take on a primary role in caring for patients, fostering a relationship built on trust, and collaborating with others in the healthcare team to provide care that honors our traditions and meets community needs in a culturally responsive, respectful experience for patients and their families.

• Plans, implements, evaluates, and delivers patient care based on patient assessment to optimize outcomes and maximize available resources.
• Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate.
• Collaborates across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral, and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.
• Evaluates learning needs of patient and/or family and provides patient/family education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances.
• Maintains clinical skills and competency through orientation, annual and ongoing education, and clinical practice.
• Follows Tribal Health and client-specific policy and procedures.
• All other duties as assigned and specified by clinical assignment and site.

• Licensure
  :
  Valid current unrestricted nursing license from the state of Arizona or another compact licensing state.
• Certifications
  : BLS, ACLS, PALS
• Experience
  : 2 years in specialty
