Manufacturing Engineer
Responsibilities
- Work with engineers and department personnel to learn the processes and apply the principles of the MAHLE Production System (MPS).
- Learn piston manufacturing and support processes. May utilize methods involved in manufacturing to perform engineering, maintenance, set‑up, production, clerical or other duties.
- Learn how to repair and maintain production machines and equipment.
- Assist with 5S activities by working on projects to improve the overall appearance of the plant, according to MPS methodologies.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and currently enrolled in college, pursuing a technical degree.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word applications software is preferred for this position holder.
