The Senior Manufacturing Excellence (Man Ex) Manager is part of the site leadership team and is responsible for executing the Man Ex program framework deployment within the Brewery. This role will provide continuous improvement leadership and direction to implement the Man Ex values within the brewery and will be accountable for driving improvement in performance and productivity while building a sustainable Manufacturing Excellence program that delivers breakthrough performance improvement and builds capability and efficiency within the brewery team.

• Provides leadership and strategic thinking to implement a continuous improvement culture
• Drives the sustainability and adoption of Man Ex tools and practices throughout the brewery
• Implements Best Practices/Standards and Man Ex roadmap focused on driving performance with structured and standardized ways of working (including formal root cause failure analysis, loss analysis, structured communication, etc.)
• Develops Man Ex capability and change agents working collaboratively with the site leadership team, People Operations and other functions to improve capability at all levels by defining and implementing standards to deliver sustainable performance improvement
• Assures adoption of Man Ex standards and best‑in‑class practices as defined, developed, and established within our Man Ex framework

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Operations, Management, or related field with a minimum of 10 years of Technical/Production/Engineering/Maintenance Management in consumer product manufacturing
• Demonstrated success in manufacturing operations and continuous improvement
• Lean Six‑Sigma Certification
• Exhibits outstanding team building, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to influence indirectly
• Strong partner management, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strategic planning and decision making, organizational change and tactical management of standards, business processes and internal/external partnerships to support performance goals
