• Work with the TPM team to maintain machinery and ensure production runs smoothly and safely.
• Safety & Compliance: follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements; maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Ensure all machinery operates at optimum efficiency; act as the first escalation point for equipment failure.
• Provide training to new associates on equipment; assist with training of new or cross-functional team members; contribute to a positive and cooperative team environment.

• Ability to read and apply work instructions, follow safety and quality procedures.
• Flexible to work in other departments when requested; must be able to work overtime when requested.
• Must be able to speak, read and write English.
• Manufacturing experience in assembly and/or troubleshooting.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
