We are currently recruiting for a General Laborer to support our Vicksburg, AZ operations. The incumbent will be responsible for the general sorting of metals at the premises.
Duties and Responsibilities- Receiving, sorting and organizing different types of non‑ferrous metals of various alloys (aluminum, copper and brass)
- Operating a 30‑lb cut‑off saw and baler
- Cleaning and shearing of radiators and performing other general labor duties
- Working with a safety‑oriented mindset
Aptitude for understanding and using machines and tools.
- Superb customer service
- Experience in metal recycling considered an asset
- Ability to work indoors/outdoors in all weather conditions
- Good physical fitness
- Ability to consistently lift or move up to 100 lbs
- Must be able to stand, reach, walk, stoop and crawl
- Ability to work as a team
- Familiar with OSHA regulations
- Excellent attendance and safety record
