Master Corp - - Responsibilities:
Provide leadership, motivation, accountability, and development of Master Corp personnel within the assigned site to meet quality and timeliness standards and budget objectives;
Walk the site daily to ensure policy and process compliance and monitor KPIs;
Hold team accountable and develop action plans when metrics are not achieved;
Partner with Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development to ensure staffing, onboarding, training, and retention strategies are in place;
Coordinate monthly and quarterly team meetings and conduct QA audits to identify and address deficiencies
