What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Maintain platform stability, performance, and SLA compliance for Service Now ITOM and Core CMDB
  • Manage upgrades, patches, system clones, releases, and maintenance activities
  • Support incident resolution and disaster recovery processes
  • Monitor and improve CMDB data health and compliance, enhancing overall platform efficiency
  • Conduct proactive performance monitoring and provide trend reporting and insights
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 3 years of Service Now Product experience specializing in ITOM Products
  • Minimum of 3 years of Service Now Product experience specializing in Core CMDB Products and integration capabilities
  • Minimum of 2 years of ITIL or similar IT Service Management framework experience with a focus on Configuration Management and Operational Support
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent diploma
  • Service Now Certified Administrator (CSA) certification
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • 2 or more years of experience with Service Now ITSM Products
  • 2 or more years of IT Support experience of IT Platforms
  • 1 or more years of experience in Hardware & Software Asset Management
  • ITIL Foundation certification
  • ITIL Operational Support and Analysis certification
