- Manage upgrades, patches, system clones, releases, and maintenance activities
- Support incident resolution and disaster recovery processes
- Monitor and improve CMDB data health and compliance, enhancing overall platform efficiency
- Conduct proactive performance monitoring and provide trend reporting and insights
- Minimum of 3 years of Service Now Product experience specializing in ITOM Products
- Minimum of 3 years of Service Now Product experience specializing in Core CMDB Products and integration capabilities
- Minimum of 2 years of ITIL or similar IT Service Management framework experience with a focus on Configuration Management and Operational Support
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent diploma
- Service Now Certified Administrator (CSA) certification
- 2 or more years of experience with Service Now ITSM Products
- 2 or more years of IT Support experience of IT Platforms
- 1 or more years of experience in Hardware & Software Asset Management
- ITIL Foundation certification
- ITIL Operational Support and Analysis certification
