- 20+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 15+ years in Salesforce architecture.
- Mandatory Hands-On Salesforce Development (Apex, LWC, LWR, Omni Studio).
- Mandatory Digital Banking Experience (Retail, Corporate, Wealth, or Payments).
- Strong expertise in LWC (Lightning Web Components) and LWR (Lightning Web Runtime).
- Experience with Salesforce AI, Agent Force, and Einstein AI-driven solutions.
- Expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud.
- Good to Have:
Experience with AutoRABIT and Salesforce Data Cloud for advanced data management and release automation.
