Excel Data Analyst

Job Type: Full-Time | 100% Onsite | Temp-to-Hire

Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Compensation: $20.00 per hour

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Excel Data Analyst to join our team. This role is critical in supporting day-to-day operations by transforming large datasets into clear and actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have advanced Excel expertise, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering accurate, data-driven solutions that help guide business decision-making.

• Analyze and interpret large datasets using advanced Excel functions, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and Pivot Charts.
• Build, update, and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support operational needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and deliver timely insights.
• Perform data validation, cleaning, and accuracy checks to ensure reliability of reporting.
• Automate recurring reporting tasks through formulas, conditional formatting, or VBA/macro development (as applicable).
• Summarize findings and present results in clear, actionable terms to stakeholders and leadership.
• Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends to support strategic initiatives.

• 2–4 years of professional experience in a Data Analyst or similar role.
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Charts, conditional formatting, named ranges, and complex formulas.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work with large datasets and extract meaningful insights.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain findings to non-technical audiences.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
