- Should handle L1 / L2 Support for Business Users / Regional IT Users
- Good understanding of OTM Core modules:
Order Management, Shipment Management, Configuration and Administration, Business Process automation, Financials and Fleet Management - Play an important role in the day‑to‑day operations and support of the OTM cloud Application
- Replicate issues based on the steps provided by Users
- Perform User / Role / Groups / Screens Administration
- Troubleshoot and resolve OTM issues related to configuration, integration, planning, rates, agents, workflows, and automation
- Support end users by addressing functional queries, performing data corrections, and ensuring smooth daily operations
- Raise and work on SRs with Oracle in case of any Application downtime or functional issues
- Support in the Business Unit’s operating hours on an on‑need basis, spanning across AMR and India Regions
- Organize, execute and support Regression, Integration, and User Acceptance Tests
