• Partnering with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
• Advising managers on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
• Leading initiatives to enhance employee engagement and organizational culture.
• Managing HR processes including talent development, succession planning, and compliance.
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to implement HR programs and policies.
• Analyzing workforce data to identify trends and recommend solutions.
• Supporting change management efforts for organizational projects and transformations.

• 3+ years of experience in HR functions such as employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
• Demonstrated knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships across the organization.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and provide insights for decision‑making.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Demonstrated proficiency in HR systems and data analytics tools.
• Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Strong problem‑solving and change management skills.
• Maintaining a continuous improvement mindset and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
