- Advising managers on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
- Leading initiatives to enhance employee engagement and organizational culture.
- Managing HR processes including talent development, succession planning, and compliance.
- Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to implement HR programs and policies.
- Analyzing workforce data to identify trends and recommend solutions.
- Supporting change management efforts for organizational projects and transformations.
- 3+ years of experience in HR functions such as employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
- Demonstrated knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships across the organization.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and provide insights for decision‑making.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrated proficiency in HR systems and data analytics tools.
- Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Strong problem‑solving and change management skills.
- Maintaining a continuous improvement mindset and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
