This is a full-time position working 7 AM–4 PM
.

In this role, you'll guide guests from the moment their booking is confirmed through checkout, handling communication, confirming stay details, preparing rooms, greeting arrivals, and ensuring every space is guest‑ready. You'll move between the front desk, lodging units, and retail areas, adjusting climate controls, checking amenities, assisting with property navigation, answering questions, running simple retail transactions, and managing equipment knowledge from HVAC to gate access.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Front office experience
• Experience with iOS systems
• Strong attention to detail
• Organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and handle a variety of responsibilities
• Comfortable walking and working across a 72‑acre property
• Weekend availability
