This assignment offers a competitive weekly pay of $2,880.00, based on experience and qualifications. The successful candidate will work 5x8s day shifts, totaling 40 hours weekly, helping patients gain independence through functional skill development. The assignment begins ASAP.

Key Responsibilities of the Occupational Therapist

• Conduct evaluations and develop personalized OT plans

• Support patients with ADLs, strength, coordination, and cognitive skills

• Educate patients and caregivers

• Document treatment progress accurately

• Collaborate with other rehab disciplines
Requirements for an Occupational Therapist

• Active Arizona OT license

• Experience in rehab or therapy environments preferred

• BLS required
