Our Mission is to solve the systemic healthcare barriers in Native American communities. We bring experience in provider staffing, Emergency Department Management, and hospital consultancy to tribally operated and Indian Health Service Facilities. Over the last 7 years, we have worked to achieve the highest standards in care, delivering improved and quality healthcare to the underserved Indigenous population. We currently have open opportunities at:

Sells, AZ Emergency Department: 7 bed unit with two trauma bays, one isolation room and four treatment bays. Mostly low acuity (ESI 3-5) with a few sick patients per day. Support Staff:
Podiatry, Optometry, and Ophthalmology for 2 weeks a month, physical therapy, dentistry, family medicine, urgent care (same day clinic) inpatient unit accepts low acuity patients non-tele, everyone is transferred, predominantly to Tucson but also to Phoenix. About 6 OB deliveries per year. Agreement to transfer all OB patients to Tucson Medical Center Lab, CT, Xray Come help us make a lasting difference in the healthcare of our indigenous communities.
