Schedule:

12-hour shifts during day or swing hours, no block scheduling Environment:
Hospital setting, working alongside an experienced team of healthcare providers

Job Responsibilities:

Operating Room Coverage:
Main OR with 11 operating rooms plus 2 additional rooms in an ambulatory center Approximately 50-60 cases handled daily Case Types:
Diverse caseload, including orthopedic and orthopedic trauma, general surgery, spine, neuro, cath lab, ambulatory, and endoscopy Charting: EMR Systems used:
Cerner and SaAnesthesia Department Support:
Collaborative work environment with skilled teams across multiple surgical specialties Credentialing and Requirements:

Certifications:

BLS and ACLS are mandatory NBCRNA certification required Licensing:
Active Arizona CRNA license required; interstate medical licensure compact (IMLC) not applicable DEA License:
Required Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days for complete processing Additional Facility Information:
