Position: RN-L&D-Labor and Delivery (Travel/Contract)

We're hiring experienced RN-L&D-Labor and Delivery for a 13-week contract in Fort Defiance, Arizona — earn up to ($2758 - $2903 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

• Provide high-quality nursing care to labor and delivery patients.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions during labor and delivery.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop patient care plans.
• Participate in continuous professional development and training.
• Assist in the management of labor and delivery emergencies.
• Educate patients and families on labor and delivery processes.
• Document patient care activities and outcomes accurately.
• Evaluate and implement best practices in patient care.
• Support a culture of accountability and individual performance.
• Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.
• Engage in performance measurement and improvement initiatives.
• Maintain high visibility of work activities and results.

• Current RN license in Arizona with experience in labor and delivery.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and training in nursing.
• Strong understanding of labor and delivery protocols and best practices.
• Experience in managing labor and delivery emergencies effectively.
• Willingness to engage in performance measurement and improvement initiatives.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Strong documentation skills for accurate patient care activities and outcomes.
• Familiarity with safety and infection control protocols in healthcare settings.
• Ability to educate patients and families on labor and delivery processes.
• Ability to maintain high visibility of work activities and results.
