Medical Technologist / Medical Laboratory Technician (Night Shift)
Southern Arizona

Position Highlights:
- Perform complex laboratory tests across hematology, chemistry, urinalysis, blood bank, and microbiology.
- Ensure accuracy, precision, and quality control in all testing processes.
- Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to deliver timely and reliable results.
- Maintain lab instruments and follow all regulatory and safety standards.
- Full-time night shift (10-hour shifts)
- Consistent schedule with great work-life balance
- ASCP or equivalent certification (MT or MLT) required.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field.
- Previous clinical lab experience preferred but not required-new grads are welcome!
