Job Title: Restorative Nursing Aide (RNA) – must hold CNA license.

Reports to: Director of Rehabilitation.

Job Type: Full‑time (32-40 hours/week, Monday‑Friday).

Job Description: CRG is hiring a dedicated and compassionate Restorative Nursing Aide (RNA) to join our team. The RNA will provide wellness activities that promote resident independence and quality of life. The position requires a valid CNA license and the ability to work full‑time (40 hours a week, Monday‑Friday).

• Assist with orthotic management, hand hygiene, nail care, transfers, ADLs, sensory integration, and walk‑to‑dine programs.
• Facilitate restorative dining and group activities aimed at engaging residents, promoting independence, and maintaining quality of care.
• Ensure weights are accurately recorded as per protocol (weekly and monthly).
• Help residents age in place by supporting their overall well‑being and physical function.
• Work collaboratively with the Director of Rehab and other team members to provide compassionate, high‑quality care.

• Must have a valid CNA license.
• Previous experience in restorative care is a plus but not required.
• Passion for compassionate patient care and a desire to help residents maintain their independence.
