Pharmacy Retail Supervisor | Peridot, AZ

We’re seeking a highly qualified Pharmacy Retail Supervisor to oversee pharmacy operations and lead a skilled team in a hospital/retail hybrid environment
. The ideal candidate will be local to the Peridot area
, with the potential to transition into a full-time role
.

Location: Peridot, AZ (local candidates strongly preferred)

Schedule: Full-time, with conversion to permanent role possible

Education:

Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy (required)

Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm

D) preferred

1-year residency (PGY1) preferred

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of professional pharmacy experience

At least 2 years of management/supervisory experience (oversight of pharmacy technicians required)

Hospital pharmacy experience required

Licensure/

Certifications:

Current and valid Pharmacy license (Arizona license preferred; must be eligible to obtain if not already licensed)

BLS certification (within 90 days of hire)

Licensed to administer immunizations, vaccines, and emergency medications preferred

Supervise daily pharmacy operations in both retail and hospital settings

Provide leadership, guidance, and evaluation of pharmacy technicians and staff

Ensure compliance with state, federal, and organizational regulations

Oversee medication distribution, inventory, and safety standards

Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care and clinical outcomes

Deliver high-quality pharmacy services within the scope of professional practice
