Position: Work Order Analyst with Security Clearance
Location: Fort Huachuca

Duties
* Responsible for the overall management of Individual Job Orders (IJO) to include scheduling, coordinating, and reviewing IJOs sent to the different work areas.
* Serves as point of contact for all work orders sent to the contractor.
* Serves as the installation central point of contact for the Installation Status Report (ISR) Part 1, Infrastructure.
* Manages the job orders automated program by recording, tracking, reporting, and analyzing all work projects in the areas of maintenance, repair, construction and alteration of the installation's facilities and equipment.
* Responds to customer inquiries, and comments.
* Leads a team of three employees engaged in a variety of work involving reception, approval, prioritizing, scheduling and tracking Real Property Maintenance Activities work or services from initiation to closure. Requirements Conditions of employment
* The position requires that the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
* This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 5% of the time.

Experience:

One year of specialized experience which includes:
1) Coordinating work requests using work order system;
2) Resolves problems, and
3) Reviews works orders before they are sent to the contractor. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-07). OR

Education:

Master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position, such as: such as finance, accounting, social work, or business administration. Education and Experience:

A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) beyond the first year (total graduate semester hours minus 18) by 18.

Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-07). Education FOREIGN

EDUCATION:

If you are using education completed in foreign colleges or universities to meet the qualification requirements, you must show the education credentials have been evaluated by a private organization that specializes in interpretation of foreign education programs and such education has been deemed equivalent to that gained in an accredited U.S. education program; or full credit has been given for the courses at a U.S. accredited college or university.
