Overview
Under the general direction of the Community and Economic Development Director, this position provides important support to the housing, redevelopment, and economic development functions of the City. The individual in this role is responsible for performing intermediate skilled administrative support work, assisting with the processing of housing and economic development applications, collecting and tracking of fees, payments, and escrows related to housing and redevelopment projects, processing public data requests, and related work.
The person in this role communicates professionally with a wide range of stakeholders including residents, business owners, developers, architects, engineers, attorneys, and City staff from multiple departments.
