Salary Range: $22.50 to $28.50 hourly depending on experience

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Parts Counter Representative to support our Machinery division. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, works well with mechanics and customers, and takes pride in keeping inventory organized and accurate.

• Provide parts support to mechanics and customers by answering incoming calls and assisting with counter sales.
• Process and fulfill parts orders, including preparing orders for pickup or delivery.
• Deliver parts to customer locations as needed.
• Receive, stock, and organize inventory; maintain accurate physical inventory counts.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parts department.
• Operate a forklift to load and unload pallets (training provided if needed).
• Package and ship parts and cores; receive and stage units for installation.
• Accurately record sales, deliveries, and related documentation.
• Occasionally travel to customer locations while following all safety and driving regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support dealership operations and objectives.

• Minimum 5 years parts counter experience with CASE/CE dealership or other major brand dealer.
• Knowledge of AG Machinery a major plus.
• Looking for an energetic, career minded, people oriented individual with highly developed computer and business skills.
• Workday M-F 8 hour days, plus 2 half day Saturdays as assigned.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Strong customer service skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a warehouse/parts environment, including lifting, standing, and operating equipment.
• Attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a busy setting.
• Ability to follow safety rules, policies, and procedures at all times.
