ERx Clinical Partners, a physician-led staffing company, is searching for an experienced emergency physician to lead our ER team at Northern Cochise Community Hospital in Willcox, AZ.
As a site director, you will play a key role in managing the emergency medicine and acute care team, collaborating with hospital leadership to deliver sustainable, patient-centered care. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinical leader to make a significant impact.
DescriptionOversee the daily operations of the emergency department and inpatient services in a rural critical access hospital.
Develop and implement clinical protocols and guidelines.
Lead and manage a team of physicians, and advanced practice providers.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and performance improvement activities.
Collaborate with other hospital departments to ensure seamless patient care.
12 or 24 hour shifts.
Level IV ER with 9 exam rooms with a trauma bay.
EMR is Medhost.
24/7 Lab, CT, MRI, Ultrasound available.
APP/MD-Hospitalist coverage 10 hours/day.
Critical Access Hospital.
Pediatric Emergency Prepared Emergency Care Certified Facility.
