Dental Receptionist - Part Time

We are a collaborative, team‑oriented practice committed to providing the highest level of care for our patients. As a high‑tech office, we take pride in combining advanced technology with a welcoming and supportive environment.
We are seeking a friendly and organized Dental Receptionist to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our patients, helping create a positive and welcoming experience while supporting the daily operations of the practice. Your professionalism, communication skills, and attention to detail will play an important role in ensuring our patients feel valued and our office runs smoothly.
Schedule:
Part Time, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
- Greet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming, professional environment
- Schedule and confirm appointments, manage provider calendars
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage patient communication
- Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary pre-authorizations
- Process payments, handle billing, and maintain accurate financial records
- Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry
- Coordinate patient flow and assist with administrative support as needed
- Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations
- Please note that additional responsibilities may be assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of dental front office experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Experience with dental practice management software
- Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of dental insurance and billing procedures

The salary range for this role is $17-$21 per hour.
