What you will do:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in both German and English
  • Provide clear and accurate information about products, services, and company policies
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues with professionalism and care
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using internal systems
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and effective resolution
  • Uphold company standards and service guidelines in every interaction
  • Identify and report recurring issues or customer feedback to improve service quality
Who you are :
  • Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
  • Experienced in customer service or a similar client‑facing role
  • Strong computer literacy, including the ability to navigate digital tools, systems, and Microsoft Office applications
  • A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Calm under pressure and solution‑focused
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
  • Preferred experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or Zendesk
