How you will enjoy your day

Provide professional, courteous telephone and radio service to both guests and employees.

Work Performed:

• Answers the telephone with appropriate greetings and transfers call to correct extension.
• Takes messages accurately and logs them in Visual One.
• Relay pertinent messages immediately to guests or staff.
• Communicates with all departments via the telephone, email and/or radio.
• Relays guest requests and problems to correct department and follows up.
• Runs daily reports for PBX and other departments.
• Records arrivals as noted by the Front Gate.
• Notifies front desk of guest arrivals.
• Completes guest request log with follow-up to all departments.
• Logs all incoming packages on the package log.
• Prepares key packets for 2nd shift.
• Adheres to standards of property and standards of leading, triple A and Mobil.
• Other duties as assigned.

Location: Enchantment Resort and Mii amo Spa, Sedona, Arizona

Pay: $17 /hour
