We are currently seeking a motivated, detail‑oriented Event Production Assistant to join our 2026 seasonal team. In this role, you will support our Lead Planner/Producer in all stages of event execution, helping bring thoughtfully designed experiences to life with confidence, precision, and grace.

• Seasonal, as‑needed employment
• Hourly wage: $23/hour, paid biweekly
• Shifts scheduled in advance with occasional availability requests as events are confirmed – our assistants typically take on 1–3 events per month
• Employment period:
  May–October 2026, with potential off‑season opportunities
• Preference given to team members interested in returning for future seasons
