• Manage daily accounting operations, month‑end close, and financial reporting in compliance with GAAP.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis in coordination with department heads.
• Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with audit and tax requirements.
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff, promoting a culture of accuracy and accountability.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to enhance financial visibility and operational efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required).
• Full‑cycle accounting experience (required).
• Advertising industry experience is a plus.

This role has a base salary range of $80,000–$90,000. Pay may include discretionary bonuses, and the candidate may be eligible for medical, dental, vision benefits and the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.
