• Design and create engineering specifications for software applications and programs, ensuring adherence to coding standards
• Participate in all scrum ceremonies, assisting in sprint planning and completing required sprints for software application development
• Generate ideas and implement technical solutions to achieve product features while monitoring technical processes
• Mentor associate and intermediate software engineers as needed
• Monitor work against production schedules and provide progress updates to lead developers

• Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in design and analysis of algorithms, data structures, and design patterns for scalable systems
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.) and experience with technologies like React, Angular, NodeJS, and cloud platforms
• Understanding of web service technologies such as REST, HTTPS, and JSON
• Experience in defining system architectures and optimizing technical capabilities for long-term execution

• 7 years of experience working with technology systems in healthcare
• Ability to produce fault-tolerant, efficient, and maintainable code
• Experience translating design mockups and user stories into working applications
• Familiarity with Machine Learning, especially in Natural Language Understanding and Deep Neural Networks
