As a ORR Program Manager you play a key role in shaping the future of our students. You will have the opportunity to lead outdoor activities, assist in developing innovative programs, and make a lasting impact in a supportive community‑focused environment. With onsite housing, free meals and transportation provided, you can fully immerse yourself in the work and the beautiful surroundings.
The Lead Medical Coordinator operates at a strategic and supervisory level within the organization, with a focus on ensuring that the medical operations are aligned and functioning efficiently.
- Oversee the ORR Medical Coordinators.
- Provide appropriate staff training on medical, dental, and public health topics relevant to pediatric, adolescent and migrant health.
- Ensure integration of health services, compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and develop medical protocols to support quality care.
- Coordinate with local medical teams and medical providers to ensure continuity of care.
- Monitor overall performance of medical operations.
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with a Bachelor’s degree.
- OR Physician Assistant, Nurse Practitioner.
- Minimum of 1 year of employment in public health or a healthcare setting with demonstrated experience in care coordination, health administration, or direct clinical care.
- At least 21 years of age.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screen (no THC testing), physical, TB test, and a search of the Child Abuse Central Registry.

5 days on, 2 days off. Hours and schedule are based on the needs of the program and may change accordingly.
