Overview

Managing Attorney for Foreclosure at Robertson, Anschutz, Schneid, Crane & Partners, PLLC. This position requires client contact and a high-volume workload. License to practice law in Arizona required.

• Assisting with the firm’s foreclosure and litigation departments.
• Work with and supervise paralegals and support staff. Maintain the highest quality of work-product while helping clients achieve their goals and ensuring firm policies and procedures are followed.
• Monitor progress and develop strategies to effectively bring files to resolution.
• Develop and grow client relations.

• Detailed knowledge of law and extensive experience related to creditors’ rights legal representation (real estate, foreclosure, litigation)
• Working knowledge of the rules of civil procedure and their application to foreclosure matters
• Knowledge of Federal and State consumer protection statutes
• Arizona barred for 8+ years
• 5+ years’ experience in Creditors’ Rights

• Exercise a high-degree of professionalism
• Creative problem solving; client development; leadership and motivational skills
• Intermediate to advanced-level computer and general office skills
• Ability to effectively communicate verbally and through written and electronic correspondence

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Membership in the Arizona Bar
