• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management Information Science, or closely related field
• Minimum of 5 years in Project Management
• Minimum of 5 years delivering business solutions using information technology
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution experience
• Technical literacy in system architecture and ability to communicate complex ideas

• Master's Degree in Business Administration or Management Information Science
• Past hands-on experience in a development role or managing development teams
• Experience managing projects utilizing AI and specific cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Proven ability to resolve complex cross-team dependencies and architectural challenges
