- Ability to manage complex data landscapes and heterogeneous systems
- Excellent analytical and communication skills for stakeholder engagement
- Knowledge of utilities domain processes Billing Payments Collections Customer Communications
- Ability to work in a matrix organization and handle ambiguity
- Experience in large scale data migration programs within Energy Utilities
- Familiarity with CIS2 CAMS and SAP ISU systems
- Leadership experience in data governance and migration strategy
