• Ensure data integrity by collecting and clarifying information from external sources
• Educate providers on obtaining and updating necessary identifiers
• Perform additional duties as assigned or requested

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of one year of experience in Provider Data Management, Credentialing, Customer Services, or Claims
• Strong communication skills for interaction with providers and customers
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and typing/computer skills
• Problem-solving skills to address data and compliance issues

• Experience in healthcare-related data management or compliance roles
