Position Description

Learn the roles of each Front of House position in the Restaurant including:
Busser, Food Runner, Expediter, Server, Halfway House Attendant, Bartender, Banquet Server.

Assist in the daily food and beverage operations in each position.

Perform set-up and breakdown of service areas in server stations, kitchen, and dining rooms.

Maintain knowledge of all menus including drink/wine menus, item pronunciation, and how all items are prepared.

Be readily accessible and attentive to members at all times.

Maintain a high level of safety and cleanliness.

Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.

Keep service areas in an orderly fashion at all times.

Participate in “all-intern” educational sessions.

Maintain proper uniform standards.

Learn the basics of bartending.

Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
