We’re expanding our team and looking for a part-time Pediatric Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) to serve children on the Main Line in homes, daycares, and school settings
. The ideal candidate brings expertise-or a strong interest-in speech, language, and Augmentative & Alternative Communication (AAC) and wants to grow within a supportive, collaborative team that values both clinical excellence and joy in the work we do
.
Direct Patient Care (approximately 75%):
- Provide speech‑language evaluations and therapy for children ages 3–18 across school, home, and community environments.
- Collaborate with caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary team members to promote communication across environments.
- Deliver therapy that is play‑based, neurodiversity‑affirming, and strengths‑focused
. - Treat a range of communication needs, including:
- Articulation and phonological delays.
- Expressive/receptive language impairments.
- Social communication and pragmatic challenges.
- AAC (low, mid, and high‑tech systems).
- Gestalt Language Processing and Natural Language Acquisition.
- Executive functioning and self‑regulation support.
- Write thoughtful treatment plans, progress notes, and school‑based documentation.
- Participate in IEP meetings, family consultations, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Engage in team learning
, mentorship, and reflective practice — because we grow best together.
- A licensed (or PA‑eligible) Speech‑Language Pathologist
. - Experienced or passionate about AAC and child‑led communication support
. - A strong communicator who builds trust and connection with children, families, and colleagues.
