These specimens are then delivered and processed at the Main Line Health Lab. Position: Lab Assistant, Outreach

Shift: M-F 5AM-1:30PM; rotating weekends (on call 7am-6pm, 6am on Sat at Mirmont)

• 2 years lab experience required
• Experience in an anatomic or clinical laboratory preferred
• Ability to work in more than 1 section of the lab preferred
• Working knowledge of medical information systems preferred

High school graduate or equivalent, certification as a medical assistant or related field preferred, moderate knowledge of medical terminology, excellent verbal, written, computer and clerical skills.

• Valid driver’s license and insured automobile, if appropriate
• MA or related preferred
• Maintains certification in the Packaging and Shipping of Hazardous Goods
