Job Description:

As an independent contractor with Dr. Tina Scott & Associates, you will deliver expert counseling services to our clients, helping them navigate through their mental health journeys. This position allows for flexibility in scheduling and requires a commitment to maintaining a minimum caseload.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing psychotherapy to individuals, couples, or groups based on clinical needs.
  • Maintain a minimum weekly caseload of 10 clients.
  • Ensure documentation and client records are completed promptly per state regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with other mental health professionals as needed to coordinate client care.
  • Adhere to all professional and ethical standards as set forth by governing bodies.
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential in Pennsylvania.
  • Proven track record of providing psychotherapy to a diverse client population.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, or others.
  • Additional certifications or training specific to mental health disorders.

  • Flexibility to set your own hours and manage client scheduling.
