Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented, driven Construction Management graduate to support our preconstruction and bidding efforts. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in construction management while gaining exposure to estimating, proposal preparation, vendor coordination, and project documentation. You will work closely with estimators, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure accurate and timely bid submissions.
Responsibilities- Prepare, organize, and submit complete bid packages, ensuring compliance with all client requirements.
- Download, review, and organize bid documents, addenda, specifications, and drawings.
- Track bid deadlines and maintain internal bid calendars.
- Assist in assembling proposals, forms, and supporting documentation for submission.
- Perform quantity takeoffs under guidance from high level estimators.
- Help solicit materials and subcontractor pricing by distributing bid invitations and following up.
- Compare vendor and subcontractor quotes and summarize for estimator review.
- Support budget development and cost estimating tasks for various project types (utilities, infrastructure, commercial, etc.).
- Organize and maintain accurate project and bid documentation.
- Assist with RFI logs, clarifications, and coordination with internal team members.
- Support construction management processes including scheduling, reporting, and contract administration as needed.
- Work closely with project managers, construction managers, and project coordinators to support preconstruction milestones.
- Communicate professionally with vendors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); exposure to construction tools like Bluebeam or Procore is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interpret basic construction drawings and specifications (training provided).

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ardmore, PA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $44.00/hr.
