** Executive Assistant

Specializing in Real Estate, with a keen focus on Commercial, Multifamily and Hospitality properties, in addition to our growing Tequila brand, we are committed to excellence. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the seamless operation of our teams by analyzing business opportunities and strategies, orchestrating logistics, fostering relationships, driving sales, executing marketing initiatives, and serving as a bridge between our organizations and valued clients.
** Responsibilities:**- Analyze and underwrite new business opportunities and assist in developing business strategy.

- Calendar & Travel Management:
Efficiently schedule appointments and meetings, adeptly managing competing priorities while maintaining timely communication.

- Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, expertly managing all client communications.

- Transaction & Project Support:
Provide invaluable assistance in developing scopes of work, drafting requests for proposal, evaluating contractor submissions, overseeing contracted work and inspections, and cultivating service agreements.

- Marketing & Research:
Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, lucrative opportunities, and evolving consumer preferences. Utilize insights to refine strategies and stay ahead of industry advancements.

- Communication & Coordination:
Foster seamless communication and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, clients, suppliers, contractors, vendors, engineers, and municipal representatives, ensuring optimal alignment and project outcomes.

- Database Management:
Diligently maintain and update client and property databases, including sales and inventory records.

- General Office Administration:
Establish and uphold efficient office systems while diligently performing additional duties as assigned.

- Reporting and Analysis:
Assist in the preparation of comprehensive financial reports and presentations, including general ledgers, income statements, and balance sheets.

- Project & Task Management:
Coordinate meetings and oversee projects delegated by the Executive, adeptly prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines with finesse.

- Event Planning:
Spearhead the planning, facilitation, and execution of events aimed at expanding organizational growth opportunities.

- Performs other duties as assigned.

* Qualifications:

**- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a related role within the Real Estate industry (Preference given to Commercial or Multifamily experience).

- Strong organizational skills with an exceptional ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines seamlessly.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills to foster collaboration and cohesion within cross-functional teams.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with property management software (a plus).

- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, demonstrating self-motivation and an entrepreneurial spirit.

- Self-motivated, driven, entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work independently to successfully complete projects.

- Ability to lift or move 50 pounds.
